Better Console integration. Console now also shows device errors from loading a kad file in the Designer.

Version 0.2.0 of Kable can now be downloaded from Sourceforge or KVR Audio.
It’s a full release and replaces all older versions.
Highlights

Intelligent Input Learn (MIDI Learn) to create Conditions and Expressions.
New view Console to monitor incoming messages.
Update option in the Help menu and Automatic Updates in the preferences dialog.
